Are you a passionate veterinary professional with a knack for building relationships, educating others, and driving innovation? We're looking for a Veterinary Services Manager to support our customers and internal teams while championing our animal health products & solutions. THE ROLE
As the Veterinary Services Manager, you will play a new and pivotal role in bridging the gap between veterinary professionals, internal teams, and global markets. Leveraging your veterinary expertise, you will provide training, technical support, and insights to propel the success of our products. Working closely with our customers, our internal sales & marketing teams , and our global partners you will help shape our strategies and ensure that our products meet the needs of veterinarians, pet owners and pets worldwide.
This role involves engaging with the following responsibilities in both in-person and virtual settings:.
Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), veterinary experts, and customers, to promote our animal health products, especially our market leading ophthalmology products
Working with KOLs and other industry experts to help build our library of case reports
Providing expert-level technical support and training for internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service, and more) to enhance product understanding and adoption.
Producing technical documentation and contributing to customer-facing educational materials.
Helping manage pharmacovigilance activities, including monitoring adverse events and ensuring proper follow-up.
Supporting international growth strategies in markets such as the US, UK, Australia and Europe.
WHAT YOU BRING
Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) is required for this role.
3+ years of experience in veterinary services. Any ophthalmology-related experience would be beneficial, though candidates with strong veterinary care experience and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
Experience in larger clinic or corporate settings is an asset but it is not a requirement.
Experience in sales support and the ability to train and support others (whether sales, KOL’s or other veterinary professionals) in the adoption and promotion of products is crucial.
A willingness to travel domestically and internationally to work with KOLs, industry experts, distributors and our internal teams.
Candidates must be based in Ontario or within a reasonable driving distance of our office to attend in-person meetings on a bi-weekly basis.
A creative and innovative mindset to tackle challenges and develop inventive solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to tailor messaging and inspire diverse audiences.
A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of diverse responsibilities.
You easily navigate Microsoft 365 applications and CRM tools like HubSpot.
